This is about the sudden weather change in Thames-side, Staines, England. The weather turned suddenly from pleasant and warm to wet and rainy.

On Monday 27 April 2020, it was exactly 18 degree celsius in the day and 6 degree celsius in the night. But as soon as the time was 3 a.m, the weather suddenly turned to 9 Degree celsius and a drizzle began. That drizzle, over the day, turned to heavy rain. The weather forecast says that the rain might continue all throughout Wednesday, 29 April 2020 and there is no confirmed date when the rain will stop.

But, the rain was  intermittent and it didn’t all pour at once. There are usually many people out as the weather is usually pleasant, but today, as far as I can see, there were no people out . No one was sunbathing, walking (running and jogging), or going out on their boat.  

One of the many advantages of the sudden rain, is that more people are staying home and protecting their families from covid-19.  Even when the weather is pleasant, please try not to come out of your house more and increase the chances of getting Covid-19.
